Mason Greenwood

The 17-year-old is one of Manchester United’s hottest youth prospects, he joined United at the age of 6 and after quickly progressing through the youth system he joined up with the Under-18 squad for the 2017–18 season and finished as top scorer of the U18 Premier League North with 17 goals in 21 game.

On the 6th of March 2019 he made his competitive debut as an 87th minute substitute in a 3-1 win over PSG in the Champions League. He then made his Premier League debut in a 2-0 loss to Arsenal. He won the Jimmy Murphy Young Player of the Year award this season.

This kid is a future number star striker for United as he is great on the ball with both feet, he is quick and can take players on and has a great strike on him.

Ethan Ampadu

The 18-year-old is a 6-foot centre back that has the potential to break into Chelsea’s back 4 especially with Chelsea under the transfer ban, he can also play in a CDM role.

On the 20th of September 2017, He made his debut for Chelsea in the EFL Cup 3rd round coming on as a substitute against Nottingham Forest, then in December the same year he made his Premier League debut as a substitute against Huddersfield.

 His main attribute is his passing and ability to play the ball out from the back, he is strong in the air and not afraid to challenge for the ball, He has been likened to fellow Chelsea defender David Luiz.

Alphonso Davies

The 18-year-old Canadian winger made a name for himself playing in the MLS for Vancouver Whitecaps FC.

He played 65 games for Vancouver Whitecaps FC after making his debut in 2016 before earning a $22 million move to Bayern Munich, he made his Bundesliga debut on January 27th, 2019 coming on as a sub against VfB Stuttgart, He scored his 1st goal for Munich in a 6-0 win over Mainz 05 in March of that year.

With Robben & Ribery both leaving Munich there is a big chance for this young talent to step up and cement himself as Munich’s next top winger with his speed and dribbling he can cut inside to shoot or whip in a cross.

Angel Gomes

Another youth prospect from Manchester United, the 18-year-old Attacking Midfielder has already made 3 appearances for the senior team.

He is the youngest recipient of the Jimmy Murphy Young Player of the Year award and made his Premier League debut in 2017 as a substitute at the age of 16 years old.

He has been compared to Ronaldinho due to his creativity, dribbling ability and composure. He is small but can see the game seconds before other and can dictate it like Paul Scholes used to. He is a future star for the club.

Timothy Weah

The 19-year-old American striker currently plays for PSG.

In 2017 he signed a 3-year deal with PSG and scored his 1st goal for the club in 2018 in a 4-0 win over Monaco. He has scored 1 goal in 5 games for PSG before joining Celtic on a 6-month loan deal in January where he scored 3 goals in 13 apps.

Weah has the speed and the stopping ability to be able to play on as a winger and a centre forward, He has a solid crossing ability and has great composure and dribbling & at 6 foot he is a presence in the air.

Phil Foden

The 19-year-old English midfielder has already taken Manchester City by storm.

In 2017 Foden made his Champions League debut & Premier League debut, He also named BBC Young Sports Personality of the Year & is the youngest recipient of a Premier League winners medal whilst also being the club’s youngest ever goal scorer in the Champions League.

Since then has racked up 18 apps for the club also contributing with a goal and couple of assists. He is highly tipped to for a big future at City which is understandable with his passing and speed, he can play as a winger and is very versatile.

Houssem Aouar

The 20-year-old French midfielder plays for Lyon.

He signed a 3-year contract with Lyon in 2016 after climbing the youth ranks. In 2017 he scored his 1st goal in a 7-1 rout of Parc OL in a cup game and then made his Ligue 1 debut a couple months later. At the beginning of the 2017/2018 season he was given the number 8 which had been worn by club legend Juninho.

He has gone on to play 72 games for Lyon and contributed with 13 goals and a bunch of assists.  He is a versatile attacking midfielder that has been praised for his technical ability and his composure with the ball at his feet. He is the future of Lyon and it won’t be long until Europe’s top clubs come for him.

Justin Kluivert

The 20-year-old is a winger that plays for A.S. Roma.

Kluivert came through the famous AFC Ajax youth system and in 2016 he made his debut for the senior team, he racked up 44 senior apps for Ajax and chipped in with assists and 12 goals.

He joined A.S. Roma in 2018 for around $19 million, He became the youngest Roma player to score in the UEFA Champions League after scoring in a 5-0 win over Viktoria Plzen on the 3rd October then scored his first Serie A goal in a 3-2 win over Genoa.

He is the son of Dutch legend Patrick Kluivert and has great speed & agility with his quick feet and close control he can easily beat defenders whilst hugging the touchline before whipping in a pinpoint cross, He has all the potential to be the next Roma legend.

Riess Nelson

The 19-year-old winger is currently on loan at 1899 Hoffenheim from Arsenal.

Nelson joined Arsenal’s youth academy at the age of 9, immediately impressing coaches and in 2016 he earned his senior contract. In 2018 he made his Premier League debut as a sub against Crystal Palace and made 2 more appearances before being shipped out on loan to Hoffenheim where he flourished with 7 goals in 19 games.

He can play on the wing, beating defenders with his pace before putting in a cross, he can also play just behind the front man creating chances from a central area. He has a lot of potential to be a key player for Arsenal in the years to come.

Cheick Doucoure

The 19-year-old CDM currently plays for RC Lens.

Doucoure is one of the strongest youth players in French football today. He is a key figure in the heart of Lens midfield at such a young age already.

He may only have 1 goal and 1 assist to his name but his main contribution to the team is his ability to cut off passing lanes & has great ball control which means he will dribble past you and excellent passing vision.

He has the potential to be a dominant number 6 for any club so it will be interesting to see how he develops & it shouldn’t be long before Europe’s top teams come sniffing around for him.
